Ecosystem View / Value Network

A value network that shows the key players around the client, how they relate and where value flows.

A scope goes in and a map of players and value flows comes out.

What goes in
  • Client / Company Name
  • Industry & Market
  • Ecosystem Scope
  • Key Context
  • Approved outputs of STEMPLE Analysis and Regional Drivers & Trends (optional)
What you get
  • Key ecosystem players by category
  • Value flows between players
  • Power dynamics
  • White spaces and positioning opportunities
  • Strategic implications
How it works

Four steps from start to finish.

  1. 1Fill in the input form

Complete the fields: Client / Company Name; Industry & Market; Ecosystem Scope; Key Context.

  2. 2Choose upstream context

Tick which approved outputs to include as context: STEMPLE Analysis and Regional Drivers & Trends. Anything not approved is simply left out.

  3. 3Review the streamed output

The draft streams in as you watch. Read it, add comments for the team and edit the text. Regenerate it with feedback if it needs another pass.

  4. 4Approve the result

An approved output appears on the Summary page and can be exported to PowerPoint.

The players around a client, and the power between them, are hard to hold in one picture.

What {{product.name}} does with it

The tool takes the ecosystem scope and any context you have. It groups the players by category, describes the value flows and power dynamics between them, and points to white spaces and positioning opportunities. It can use the approved STEMPLE and Regional Drivers outputs as context.

Run Ecosystem View / Value Network on a project.
