Seventeen tools start from structured inputs.
Each tool has its own input form and system prompt, so a consultant starts from a brief and not from a blank chat.
-
Only approved work becomes context.
A reviewer comments on, edits and approves each output. Later tools load only the approved outputs you choose.
-
Approved outputs leave as a PowerPoint summary.
The Summary page gathers the approved outputs for a project. The deck is built in the browser.
Each strategy question gets its own tool, so each answer can be reviewed.
You can use each tool on its own, or run a bundle that chains several in order. Together, the three domains cover the external landscape, the internal assessment and the synthesis of both for Phase 1, Where to Play.
Every service, around you.
Point at a domain or a service to see what it does. Switch to Live today to see what you can start with now.
A web app, an API and a database sit behind one sign-in.
{{product.name}} has three layers, built and run by {{product.owner}}.
Consultants create projects, fill in a tool's input form and watch the output stream in. They then review, comment, edit and approve it. A Summary page gathers the approved outputs for export.
Signal Scout, Ecosystem Mapper, Interview Synthesizer and Internal Analysis each own a set of tools. A server-side proxy sends each request to the configured model, so model credentials never reach the browser.
A separate API stores projects, tool runs, comments and edits in PostgreSQL. Sign-in uses Microsoft Entra ID, and an admin panel manages users and projects.

People review and approve while the tools draft.
The tools draft each analysis. People on the project review it, edit it and approve it before anything builds on it. The project lead creates the project and brings in the team.
Creates the project, adds the team and reviews and approves outputs.
Seven tools: STEMPLE, Five Forces, competitors, tech trends, regional drivers, SWOT and the resource inventory.
