Evaluate Financial Logic

An analysis of the client's financial model: revenue drivers, cost structure, margin logic and investment priorities.

Financial data goes in and a view of the financial logic comes out.

What goes in
  • Client / Company Name
  • Key Financial Data
  • Financial Context
  • Approved outputs of Review Existing Strategies (optional)
What you get
  • The revenue model and key drivers
  • Cost structure and margin analysis
  • Investment allocation against strategic priorities
  • Financial performance trends
  • Financial risks and opportunities
How it works

Four steps from start to finish.

  1. 1Fill in the input form

Complete the fields: Client / Company Name; Key Financial Data; Financial Context.

  2. 2Choose upstream context

Tick which approved outputs to include as context: Review Existing Strategies. Anything not approved is simply left out.

  3. 3Review the streamed output

The draft streams in as you watch. Read it, add comments for the team and edit the text. Regenerate it with feedback if it needs another pass.

  4. 4Approve the result

An approved output becomes available as context for Portfolio & Business Models, and it appears on the Summary page.

Strategy options are hard to test without a clear view of how the client makes and spends money.

What {{product.name}} does with it

The tool takes the key financial data and context you provide. It describes the revenue model and its drivers, the cost structure and margins, and how investment lines up with the strategic priorities. It works only from the data you supply, so check its reading against the source figures.
