Strategies fail on culture as often as on analysis, and the signs are easy to overlook.
The tool takes the culture and behaviour signals, past change experiences and the changes now planned. It describes cultural archetypes and norms, patterns of past resistance, the groups most likely to resist, the enablers of change and the client's readiness. It can use the approved Core Capabilities and interview outputs as context.
